Booking Policies

 

  1. All bookings require a consultation
  2. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking — this holds your date and time slot for the shoot
  3. 48-hour notice is required for any rescheduling.
  4. Remaining payment is due at the end of the session.
  5. Late payment fees apply per package: $50 / $75 / $100.
  6. Payment method fees:
  • Cash: No fee
  • Tap/Swipe: 2.6% + $0.15
  • Manual Card Entry: 3.3% + $0.30

 

Terms & conditions

 

  1. All shoots have an average turnaround of 2–5 business days, with all deliverables fulfilled no later than 14 days (2 weeks) from the end of the shoot or final payment.
  2. All work discussed will be outlined and confirmed during consultation, both before and after the shoot.
  3. Any additional revisions beyond what was agreed upon are subject to an extra charge prior to content delivery.
  4. All delivered photos are licensed for your commercial use.

Before the session


Once you reach out, we'll go over the details — location, timing, and what you're looking for out of the coverage. For events, we'll discuss venue access, schedule, and the key moments you want captured. For sports, we'll go over game time, location, and any specific players, plays, or moments to prioritize.

During the session


For events, I'll move through the space naturally — covering speeches, receptions, and candid moments as they happen without disrupting the flow of the day. For sports, I'll be courtside or on the sideline from warmups to the final whistle, focused on the action, emotion, and energy of the game.

After the session


After the session I'll go through and professionally edit the final selection of images. You can expect the full gallery delivered within 1-4 days depending on the scope of coverage.

FAQ

How do I book you?

Reach out through the contact form or email with your project details, preferred dates, and location. Once availability and pricing are confirmed, the booking is secured through a signed agreement and deposit payment. From there, we’ll plan everything needed before the session or event.

What’s the best way to inquire about a custom project?

If you’re working on something outside the standard sessions, send over the details through the contact form or email. Once I have the basic info like the idea, timing, location, and what you’re looking for, we’ll talk through the direction, coverage, and what makes the most sense for the project.

What if we need to reschedule due to weather?

If the weather doesn’t work for the shoot, we’ll simply move it to a better day. We’ll stay in touch throughout the process and find a new date that works for both of us.

How do you deliver the images?

Final images are delivered through a private online gallery where you’ll be able to view, download, share, and select your favorite images easily. The gallery includes high-resolution files as well as web-sized versions for social media and online use.
